Train Park Hakusan
Train Park Hakusan is a vehicle base for the Hokuriku Shinkansen.
It is an experiential facility adjacent to the Hakusan General Vehicle Center.
Exhibits where you can learn about the history and technology of the Shinkansen, a driving simulator, and an observation deck where you can see the Shinkansen up close are facilities that can be enjoyed by railway fans as well as children and adults.
1st Floor Learning and Experience Area
An area where you can see and learn about the history and technology of the Hokuriku Shinkansen.
There are also actual displays of various parts used in the Hokuriku Shinkansen,
and a driving simulator where you can experience Shinkansen technology.
1st Floor - Tourist Information and Souvenir Area
In the sightseeing information souvenir area, we provide tourism information for 3 cities and 1 town (Hakusan City, Nomi City, Nonoichi City, Kawakita Town),
and sell original goods from each region's specialty products and facilities.
3rd Floor Children's Play Area
A large net play structure inspired by the sacred peak of Hakusan, a digital attraction with fish swimming around on the walls,
and features like tracks drawn on the floor and a baby play area, allowing for free play.
4th Floor Shinkansen Viewing Area
In the Shinkansen Viewing Area, you can observe the inspection and maintenance of the Shinkansen at the Hakusan General Rolling Stock Center.
Experience a space that is usually not accessible.
5th Floor Rooftop Observation Area
You can experience the thrilling sight of the Shinkansen speeding by at over 200 km/h up close.
Additionally, you can enjoy the view from the Sea of Japan to the sacred peak of Hakusan.
