About a 15-minute walk to Toji Temple
Toji Temple was established with the relocation of the capital to Heian and was registered as a World Heritage Site in 1994.
On the 21st of every month, the "Kobo Market" is held, bustling with nearly 1,000 stalls, and is affectionately known as "Kobo-san" among the locals. Additionally, in spring, there is a night cherry blossom illumination, and in autumn, a fall foliage illumination, creating a stunning view of the cherry blossoms and autumn leaves illuminated alongside the five-story pagoda.

At the Rengeoin Sanjusangendo (also known as Sanjusangendo), which is located not far from Kyoto Station, there are approximately 1,001 standing statues of Kannon with a thousand arms. It is said that each statue has a different face, allowing visitors to encounter a face that resembles their own. Additionally, a long gravel path outside has been used for the annual archery event, and once a year, the Sanjusangendo archery event (the first draw of the bow) is held.

7-minute walk to Kyoto Tower
