This is an ECO plan that does not include cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, bed making, or cleaning and changing of linens.
However, for hygiene reasons, please be aware that cleaning will be done every three days.
We may ask you to change rooms for facility management reasons.
If you would like cleaning or replacement of the guest room, bathroom, bed making, sheets, pillows, etc., in addition to the above conditions, a separate cleaning fee of 2,000 yen will be charged.
Please note that we cannot accept cleaning requests after 1:00 PM on the day of your stay.
・Towels are provided free of charge, up to one set per person per day. If you would like to use them, please inform the front desk.
・This is a special price for consecutive nights. Please note that we cannot provide refunds if you wish to shorten your stay after check-in.
