1. Gion Matsuri

The long-awaited 'Gion Matsuri' will be held this year for the first time in three years!!
The Gion Matsuri, a summer tradition celebrated in the ancient city of Kyoto. Various festival events take place throughout July, with the highlight being the "Yamaboko Junko," where the floats parade through the city of Kyoto. The magnificent and powerful floats line the streets
and the Gion Bayashi, played with flutes and drums that sound "Kontikichin♪," resonates throughout Kyoto🥁.

Last year was unfortunately postponed... A rock festival hosted by the rock band 10-FEET, formed in Kyoto, held grandly every July at the Uji Yamashiro Comprehensive Sports Park.
Artists from various genres, including reggae and hip-hop, will also perform. It is also famous as a festival that produces no waste due to its environmentally conscious initiatives. 🌎

③Fushimi Inari Taisha Evening Festival 🦊
A grand festival where worshippers of Inari from all over the country visit Fushimi Inari Taisha, the head shrine of Inari, to express their gratitude for daily divine blessings.
During the evening of July 23rd, the Yoimiya Festival will take place, where priests will light lanterns in a grand lantern ceremony, beautifully illuminating the entire shrine grounds in crimson.
It is a vibrant summer festival featuring lantern paintings and the dedication of the Hongu dance 🦊
