A daiginjo sake made with 100% Yamada Nishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing.
A calm ginjo aroma and a rich flavor, this is a slightly dry type of sake.

★Tamano Hikari Junmai Ginjo Sake Spirit★
This is a Junmai Ginjo sake brewed using a generous amount of sake rice such as Yamada Nishiki.
