Thank you very much for using Henn na Hotel Nara.

Our hotel group is committed to achieving the SDGs, focusing on the protection of the global environment.

For guests staying multiple nights,
we will not change the linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, gowns)
as part of our eco-friendly cleaning service.

The details of the eco cleaning are as follows.
Bed Making
・Garbage Collection
・Towel exchange
(Cleaning of washbasins, bathrooms, and dishware, as well as vacuuming, is not included in eco cleaning.)

*If you would like regular cleaning, please inform the front desk by 9:00 AM.
(Please choose a cleaning start time between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM.)

In addition, for hygiene reasons, we will conduct regular cleaning, including linen changes, once every four days.
(Note: Depending on the condition of the linens, the cleaning staff may decide to change the linens even if it is not the fourth day.)
