(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) is fully launching a multi-brand strategy to establish a global brand, expanding the upper-tier brand of Henn na Hotel, "Henn na Hotel Premier," and rebranding six Henn na Hotels nationwide as "Henn na Hotel Premier" starting Tuesday, July 1.
◎Sustainable Initiatives Possible as a Hotel: "Fusion with Nature"
As environmentally friendly amenities, we use toothbrushes made from rice husks as raw materials and slippers that use paper bands to reduce plastic materials. Furthermore, for the first time in a hotel, we introduce the "URU/HANI" skincare set (makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, cream) made from a composite material of paper and film, which was not installed in conventional Henn na Hotels, along with shoe shine paper made from recycled PET. Additionally, we install water-saving valves to suppress excessive water use and power guards to reduce electricity consumption.
◎Offering a higher level of stay environment "The finest hospitality" ―best hospitality―
As a service to be experienced with all five senses, we have introduced fragrance and music in the lobby area to create a special hotel stay. For amenities, we have upgraded shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body towels, and hair dryers to high-quality products, and added shaving foam.
In addition, staff at Henn na Hotel Premier undergo advanced service hospitality training to provide all guests with even greater excitement and inspiration.
