Can I make a reservation by phone or email?

Please call 050-5576-8355 to make a reservation by phone.
We apologize, but we do not accept reservations via email.

How many rooms can be booked in one reservation?

You can reserve up to 4 rooms.
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, we will accept them as group bookings. Please contact us by phone.

I would like to confirm my reservation details. How can I do that?

If you would like to check it yourself online, please do so through the official website's "My Page" or the "Accommodation Reservation Confirmation Email."
If you made a reservation through a site other than the official website, please contact the site where you made the reservation.

Can I change or cancel my reservation by phone or email?

We apologize, but we do not accept changes or cancellations to reservations made by phone or email.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you applied online, please complete the procedures on the website where you applied.

Until when can I make changes from the official website?

We accept reservations until 23:59 the day before, but changes to the number of guests or rooms may not be possible depending on availability.

When does the cancellation fee apply?

For reservations of 10 people or fewer, charges will apply from the day before.
For cancellation fees, 20% for the day before, and if canceled on the same day or without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount.
For reservations of 11 to 99 people, fees will apply starting 20 days in advance. For more details on cancellation fees, please see here (Appendix Table 2).

About Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out? (Can it be extended?)

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
A fee will be charged for use beyond the checkout time.
You can extend for up to 2 hours at 2,000 yen (tax included) per hour.
*Please note that we may have to decline based on the availability of rooms on the day.

Is it possible to check in after 12 AM?

It is possible.
However, after midnight, the hotel entrance will be locked, so please call or ring the intercom next to the entrance.

Can I check in earlier than the scheduled time?

It is possible.
If you check in by 23:59, no contact is necessary. If it will be after 24:00, please inform the hotel.

Please tell me about children sleeping with parents.

Children under 6 years old can stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult.
Up to 2 people can share a room.
The use of beds for children only and sharing a bed with those aged 6 and older will incur the same room charge as adults.
No amenities, towels, or pillows will be provided for children sleeping with adults.

Are there baby beds or bed guards available?

We apologize, but our hotel does not have baby beds or baby guards.

Is it possible to stay with only minors?

If you are under 18 years old, a consent form from a parent or guardian is required for your stay.
* Guests under 15 years old (middle school students) must be accompanied by a guardian.

If the consent of the guardian cannot be confirmed at the time of check-in, please provide the signed consent form from the guardian after confirming by phone or via fax or mail at a later date.

How many minutes is it from the nearest station on foot?

4-minute walk from Exit 7 of Osaka Metro Midosuji Line "Shinsaibashi Station"
5-minute walk from Entrance 5 of Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line "Yotsubashi Station"
10-minute walk from the North Exit of Nankai Electric Railway "Namba Station"

Is there parking available?

There is none.

Starting January 2025, the parking lot in front of the hotel will no longer be managed by us, so it will be unavailable for use.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the nearby coin parking.

Can large buses stop in front of the hotel entrance?

Cannot be done.
Please get off at the nearest main street, such as Midosuji or Yotsubashi, and walk to the hotel.

Is it possible to use the restaurant on the day?

If you would like breakfast at the restaurant, please contact our hotel in advance.
Please be aware that there may be cases where we are unable to accept your request due to circumstances.

About the Building and Room Facilities

Please tell me the capacity of the guest room.

It varies by room type. We have rooms for 1 to 3 adults.

If I book multiple rooms, can you arrange for adjacent rooms?

We will accept your request.
Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate your requests due to the congestion on the day.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Thank you.
Due to limited availability of guest rooms, we kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance if you wish to use them.

What is the cleaning machine "LG Styler"?

This is a closet-type home cleaning machine.

Is the bath and toilet separate?

All rooms have separate baths and toilets. *Excluding universal rooms.

Twin Room/Hollywood Twin Room: 97cm×195cm 2 units
Triple Room: 97cm×195cm 2 units, 90cm×181cm 1 unit

How many card keys are there?

Room key cards can be issued for the number of guests.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Available for free.
Please check the room key or the guest room television information screen for the password and other details.

Is there a stroller rental available?

There is none.

Are there smoking rooms available?

There is none. The entire hotel and all rooms are non-smoking.
If smoking is confirmed in the guest room or facility, we will charge for the cleaning fee due to smoking and compensation for the loss of room sales.

Please note that the smoking area is located to the right at the back (next to the vending machine) after exiting the front automatic door.

Is there an ice machine?

Yes, it is available for free on the first floor.
There are amenities available; please use the plastic cup on the desk.

Is there a vending machine?

Yes, it is immediately to the right after you exit the front desk.

Is there a coin laundry in the hotel?

Yes, it is located on the first floor. You can do laundry and drying here.

Is there a microwave?

Available at the front desk on the 1st floor.

Are pets allowed to stay?

Pets are not allowed to stay.

What is a gown?

Only one-piece type with thin fabric (for use only in guest rooms)
It is available at the front desk, so please feel free to use it.
We also have children's gowns available (size 120 cm only).

About Services and Facilities

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

You can store your luggage in a free locker with a passcode.
Please ensure that you pick it up on the same day. For details, please refer to the notes next to the locker.
*Please refrain from forcing too many items into the locker, as it may cause damage.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

It is possible, but please adhere to the following.
■Method: Please be sure to use "prepaid". We cannot accept any packages sent as "cash on delivery". (Temporary payment is also not allowed.)
■Shipping: Please send your package on the day before your stay or on the day of your stay. Additionally, when sending, please make sure to write the full name of the "reservation holder" on the shipping label.
■Notes: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any valuables, fragile items, electrical appliances, perishable goods, hazardous materials, pharmaceuticals, correspondence, luggage with unusual odors, or any items that require temperature and humidity control, including cool delivery, as well as any items that we deem inappropriate for storage. In such cases, shipping and return fees will be the responsibility of the customer (e.g., cash on delivery). Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a delivery service?

We only accept cash on delivery.
We provide the invoice at the front desk, so please request it at the front desk when you need it.

Is there room service? (Can you deliver a birthday cake, etc.?)

There is none.

Is there a hotel concierge?

There is none.

What security measures are in place?

We monitor 24 hours a day with security cameras installed inside and outside the hotel.
The hotel is locked after midnight, so only guests can enter.
Additionally, the elevator to the guest room floors cannot be used without a card key.

Q. Can you issue a qualified invoice or receipt (invoice)?

A. Yes, reservations made through the official website can be issued for both prepayment and payment on site.
If you make a reservation with prepayment from the official booking site, you can also use the WEB receipt from My Page.

Please note that some overseas booking sites' prepayments have been confirmed to not comply with Japan's domestic invoice system (qualified invoices and receipts).

If you make a reservation with prepayment through an overseas booking site, the hotel will not be able to issue a receipt, so we recommend making your reservation through the official booking site.
Reservations made through overseas booking sites will only receive a receipt from the hotel if payment is made on-site.

Also, please note that when making reservations through domestic travel sites in Japan (such as Rakuten Travel, Jalan.net, etc.), if you choose prepayment, a receipt cannot be issued at the hotel.
