We apologize, but we do not accept reservations via email.
How many rooms can be booked in one reservation?
You can reserve up to 4 rooms.
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, we will accept them as group bookings. Please contact us by phone.
I would like to confirm my reservation details. How can I do that?
If you would like to check it yourself online, please do so through the official website's "My Page" or the "Accommodation Reservation Confirmation Email."
If you made a reservation through a site other than the official website, please contact the site where you made the reservation.
Can I change or cancel my reservation by phone or email?
We apologize, but we do not accept changes or cancellations to reservations made by phone or email.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you made your reservation online, please complete the procedures on the same website where you made the reservation.
Until when can I make changes from the official website?
We accept reservations until 23:59 the day before, but changes to the number of guests or rooms may not be possible depending on availability.
When does the cancellation fee apply?
For reservations of 10 people or fewer, charges will apply from the day before.
As a cancellation fee, 20% will be charged from the day before, and the full amount will be charged on the day of cancellation or if no contact is made on the day.
For reservations of 11 to 99 people, fees will apply starting 20 days in advance. For more details on cancellation fees, please see here (Appendix Table 2).

About Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out? (Can it be extended?)
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
A fee will be charged for use beyond the checkout time.
You can extend for up to 2 hours at 2,000 yen (tax included) per hour.
*Please note that we may have to decline based on the availability of rooms on the day.
Is it possible to check in after 12 AM?
It is possible.
However, since the hotel entrance is locked after 12 AM, please call us or ring the intercom next to the entrance.
Can I check in earlier than the scheduled time?
It is possible.
No contact is necessary if you check in by 11:59 PM. If it will be after 12 AM, please notify the hotel.
Please tell me about co-sleeping with children.
Children under 6 years old can stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult.
Up to 2 people can share a room.
The use of beds for children only and sharing a bed with those aged 6 and older will incur the same room charge as adults.
No amenities, towels, or pillows will be provided for children sleeping with adults.
Are there baby beds or bed guards available?
We apologize, but our hotel does not have baby beds or baby guards.
Is it possible to stay with only minors?
If you are under 18 years old, a consent form from a parent or guardian is required for your stay.
* Guests under 15 years old (middle school students) must be accompanied by a guardian.

Is there parking available?
There is none.

From January 2025, the parking lot in front of the hotel will no longer be managed by our facility, so it will no longer be available for use.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
Can large buses stop in front of the hotel entrance?
Cannot be done.
Please get on and off at the nearest main streets such as Midosuji or Yotsubashisuji, and then come to the hotel on foot.
Is it possible to use the restaurant on the day?
If you wish to have breakfast at the restaurant, please contact our hotel in advance once.

All rooms have separate baths and toilets. *Except for universal rooms.

How many card keys are there?
Room key cards can be issued for the number of guests.

Is there a stroller rental available?
There is none.
Are there smoking rooms?
No, there are no smoking rooms. The entire building and all rooms are non-smoking.
If smoking is confirmed in the guest room or facility, we will charge for the cleaning fee due to smoking and compensation for the loss of room sales.

Is there an ice machine?
Yes, it is available for free on the first floor.
There are amenities available; please use the plastic cup on the desk.

Is there a coin laundry in the hotel?
Yes, it is located on the first floor. You can do laundry and drying here.
Is there a microwave?
Available at the front desk on the 1st floor.
Are pets allowed to stay?
Pets are not allowed to stay.
What is a gown?
Only one-piece type with thin fabric (for use only in guest rooms)
It is available at the front desk, so please feel free to use it.
We also have children's gowns available (size 120 cm only).

About Services and Facilities

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
You can store your luggage in a free locker with a passcode.
*Please be sure to pick up your items on the same day. For details, please refer to the instructions next to the locker.
*Please refrain from forcing too many items into the locker, as it may cause damage.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
It is possible, but please adhere to the following.
■Method: Please be sure to use "prepaid". We cannot accept any packages sent as "cash on delivery". (Temporary payment is also not allowed.)
■Shipping: Please send your package on the day before your stay or on the day of your stay. Additionally, when sending, please make sure to write the full name of the "reservation holder" on the shipping label.
■Notes: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any valuables, fragile items, electrical appliances, perishable goods, hazardous materials, pharmaceuticals, correspondence, luggage with unusual odors, or any items that require temperature and humidity control, including cool delivery, as well as any items that we deem inappropriate for storage. In such cases, shipping and return fees will be the responsibility of the customer (e.g., cash on delivery). Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a delivery service?
We only accept cash on delivery.
We provide shipping labels at the front desk, so please request one there when you wish to use the service.
Is there room service? (Can you deliver a birthday cake, etc.?)
There is none.
Is there a hotel concierge?
There is none.
What security measures are in place?
We monitor 24 hours a day with security cameras installed inside and outside the hotel.
The hotel is locked after midnight, so only guests can enter.
Additionally, the elevator to the guest room floors cannot be used without a card key.

Q. Can you issue a qualified invoice or receipt (invoice)?
A. Yes, reservations made through the official website can be issued for both prepayment and payment on site.
*If you make a reservation with prepayment through the official reservation site, you can also use the WEB receipt from My Page.

Please note that advance payments made through some overseas reservation sites are confirmed not to comply with Japan's domestic invoice system (qualified invoices and receipts).

If you make a reservation with prepayment through an overseas booking site, the hotel will not be able to issue a receipt, so we recommend making your reservation through the official booking site.
For reservations made through overseas booking sites, the hotel will issue a receipt only if payment is made on-site.

Also, please note that when booking through domestic travel sites (such as Rakuten Travel, Jalan Net, etc.), if you pay in advance, a receipt cannot be issued at the hotel.
