Our efforts regarding the hygiene of the facility

 

Dear Valued Guests

Thank you for your continued patronage of Henn na Hotel Osaka Namba.
In order to prevent the spread of infections such as the novel coronavirus,
we are implementing the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and hotel staff.

 

Strengthening Hygiene Standards
Measures for the Front Lobby and Shared Areas within the Facility
• Contactless robot check-in and check-out is available for employees.
• Hand sanitizer is available at the hotel entrance and front desk.
• We will disinfect frequently touched surfaces (touch panels, payment machines, door knobs, phones, elevator buttons, vending machines, etc.) every 3 hours. (Available 24 hours)
• The front entrance and windows are unlocked for ventilation.

<Measures in Guest Rooms>
• We will ensure thorough ventilation during cleaning.
We are focusing on disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (such as light switches, doorknobs, and remote controls).
• Instead of melamine cups in the bathroom and mugs placed in the bedroom, individually wrapped paper cups have been introduced.
•All rooms are equipped with air purifiers.

<Measures in the Restaurant>
• We have placed hand sanitizer for customer use at the restaurant entrance and kindly ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering.
• The contact areas (toilets, waiting seats, cashiers, etc.) are regularly disinfected using disinfectant solution.
We also perform cleaning and disinfection of tables and seats until the next guest is guided to them.
•We kindly ask that you wear a mask when not eating and refrain from loud conversations.
• Breakfast is provided in a bento box style instead of a buffet.
• We maintain social distance by reducing the number of seats.

Employee Preventive Measures
• We implement basic preventive measures such as gargling, hand washing, disinfection using agents, and wearing masks.
• We conduct temperature checks for employees upon arrival and have them fill out a health management sheet.

 

Request for Customers Regarding Infection Prevention Measures
•We kindly ask for your cooperation in temperature checks upon arrival.
• We ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided in the hotel and wear a mask.
• If symptoms such as fever, cough, or sore throat are confirmed, we may ask you to follow the instructions from health authorities or medical institutions and refrain from staying in your room or going out.
•There may be restrictions on the number of people and time limits in dining and shared facilities.
