[Important Notice] Regarding the Revision of Accommodation Tax in Osaka Prefecture from September 1, 2025

The accommodation tax in Osaka Prefecture will change from Monday, September 1, 2025.

■What is included in the accommodation fee: room-only rate, service charge on the room-only rate, cleaning fee (mandatory charge)

■ Items not included in the accommodation fee: amounts equivalent to consumption tax, etc. (general taxes such as consumption tax, local consumption tax, bathing tax), and fees for services other than accommodation (charges related to meals, use of conference rooms, telephone usage, etc.)

From September 1, 2025, the exemption threshold for the accommodation tax will be lowered to 5,000 yen.
Regardless of the reservation date or the payment date for your stay,
this applies to all guests staying on or after Monday, September 1, 2025.
