From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next day, hotel staff will not be present, and security guards will be stationed inside the building.
For requests for additional towels or amenities, use of loaner equipment, or inquiries regarding your room or hotel facilities, please contact the front desk between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. whenever possible.
If you call our hotel between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the next day, your call will be transferred to our sister hotel, Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi.
During nighttime hours, priority will be given to urgent matters, so requests with low urgency may be addressed the following morning or later.
If emergency assistance is required or a highly urgent issue such as equipment failure occurs, please contact us immediately.
