What should I do if I need extra towels or amenities?

It looks like I will be arriving late. Is it possible to check in after midnight?

It is possible. However, since the hotel entrance is locked after midnight, please call us or ring the intercom next to the entrance.

What time are check-in and check-out? Is late check-out or extension possible?

At Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi Annex, check-in is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Use beyond the check-out time will incur an extension fee. From 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the fee is 1,500 yen (tax included) per room per hour. After 12:00 p.m., if there are vacancies on the day, a 100% charge of the accommodation fee will be applied.

Can I leave my luggage with staff or in a storage area at night?

If you leave your luggage with us across the checkout date (e.g., checking out on April 1 and checking in on April 2), a fee will be charged. The storage fee is 1,000 yen per night per person (one suitcase + one bag). If you have two suitcases, the fee will be 2,000 yen. If luggage is left unattended without permission, it will be collected after midnight, and the above fees will be charged from the following day onward. Additionally, luggage not picked up for more than two weeks may be disposed of. Valuables, fragile items, fresh foods, frozen or refrigerated items, live animals, hazardous materials, and other items deemed difficult for the hotel to store cannot be accepted. Also, please understand in advance that the hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage left in our care.

What kind of security measures are in place at night?

Security cameras installed inside and outside the hotel are monitored 24 hours a day. The hotel is locked after midnight, so only guests can enter. Additionally, security guards patrol during the night for your peace of mind.

I would like to extend the checkout time. Can I arrange this in advance?

If you use the room past the checkout time, an extension fee will be charged. From 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: 1,500 yen (tax included) per room per hour. After 12:00 p.m.: Depending on the availability on the day, usage may be possible, and 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us via the extension phone or directly at the front desk. At that time, we will ask for your room number and the name of the person in charge of the room. Please pay the extension fee at the checkout payment machine.

What should I do if I check out once during consecutive nights with separate reservations and then check in again (out-in)?

① If you re-check in with the same room type (Example: Twin → Twin) If you have a reservation for the same room type, after completing the checkout and re-check-in procedures, you can continue to use the same room. Please inform the staff that you wish to "re-check in" between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the checkout day of your first reservation. Re-check-in procedures cannot be done overnight or in advance. Also, there is no need to move rooms, so you may leave your luggage in the room and simply come to the front desk for checkout, re-check-in, and payment procedures. Please note that overseas guests will need to have their passports scanned at re-check-in, so please bring your passport. ② If the room type changes (Example: Twin → Semi-double) If the room type is different, you cannot continue to use the same room. You must vacate your current room by the checkout time, and the new room can only be used from the check-in time onward. Therefore, please remove your luggage from the room by the checkout time. From checkout until the check-in time of the new room, free locker use is available for storing your luggage.

Q. What kind of equipment and amenities are available in the guest rooms?

A. The guest rooms are equipped with towels (face towels and bath towels) for each guest, hangers, slippers, toothbrushes, and an electric kettle.
