[Important Notice] Announcement of Changes to Cleaning Services

Thank you very much for always using Henn na Hotel Sendai Kokubuncho.

As part of our efforts to preserve the global environment, we will begin"Eco Cleaning for Extended Stays"starting February 1.

Linen items for guests staying multiple nights (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, gowns) are based on the premise of not being exchanged eco cleaning services.

From a hygiene perspective, we will conduct once every three days a regular cleaning that includes changing linens.

■Eco Cleaning Details

・Trash collection from the bin

Towel exchange

*To ensure the safety of both our cleaning staff and guests, we will refrain from cleaning while guests are in the room.

Cleaning Time is estimated to be approximately 2 hours.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in leaving the room while it is being cleaned. Additionally, please take your valuables with you or use the security box provided in your room.

If you would like regular cleaning, please inform the front desk by 9:00 AM.

Please choose a cleaning start time between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM. (For regular cleaning, it is until 1:00 PM.)
