[Important] Notice Regarding Accommodation Tax

Starting from stays on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, Miyagi Prefecture will introduce an accommodation tax.

300 yen per person per night

*If the accommodation fee per person per night is less than 6,000 yen excluding tax for room only, no accommodation tax will be charged.

*In Sendai City, the 300 yen fee is divided into 100 yen for the prefecture and 200 yen for Sendai City.
