Enhanced Sanitation Standards
<Front Lobby, Measures in Shared Areas of the Facility>
• Robot check-in and check-out without face-to-face interaction with employees is available.
•
• Frequently disinfect contact points that multiple people touch (touch panels, payment machines, door knobs, phones, elevator buttons, vending machines, etc.) regularly. (Available 24 hours)
• The front entrance and windows are unlocked for ventilation.
<Measures in Guest Rooms>
• We will ensure thorough ventilation during cleaning.
• We are focusing on disinfecting contact points that multiple people touch (such as light switches, doorknobs, and remote controls).
•Instead of melamine cups in the bathroom and mugs placed in the bedroom, we have introduced individually packaged paper cups.
•All rooms are equipped with air purifiers.
<Measures in the Restaurant>
• We have placed hand sanitizer for customer use at the restaurant entrance, and we kindly ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering.
• Contact areas (toilets, waiting seats, cashiers, etc.) are regularly disinfected using disinfectant solution.
We also perform disinfection of tables and seats between guests until the next customer is guided to their table.

• Breakfast is provided in a bento box style instead of a buffet.
• We are maintaining social distance by reducing the number of seats.
<Employee Preventive Measures>
• Basic preventive measures are being implemented, such as gargling, hand washing, disinfection using agents, and wearing masks.
• We conduct temperature checks for employees upon arrival and have them fill out a health management sheet.
