- We do not perform cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms, bed making, or cleaning and replacement of linens such as sheets.
　However, for hygiene reasons, please be aware that cleaning will be done every three days.
　We may ask you to change rooms for facility management reasons.

　* In addition to the above conditions, cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms, bed making, and cleaning/replacement of sheets and pillows will be performed.
　　If desired, an additional cleaning fee (2,000 yen) will be charged.
　　Please note that we cannot accept cleaning requests after 1:00 PM on the day of your stay.
　　On days when cleaning is not required, cleaning staff will not enter the guest rooms. If you would like your trash collected, please let us know.
　　Please place it in front of your room in the hallway by 2:00 PM.
・Towels are provided free of charge, up to one set per person per day.
　Please contact the front desk if you wish to use this service.
・This is a special price for consecutive nights. Please note that we cannot provide refunds if you wish to shorten your stay after check-in.
