April has flown by, and May is just around the corner.
Our hotel front desk is now decorated for Children's Day!
Tango no Sekku is a festival held on May 5th to wish for the healthy growth and success of boys.
Many homes display samurai dolls and carp streamers, and if you walk around town during this season, you may find houses decorated with carp streamers.
May 5th is now a national holiday called "Children's Day," a day to wish for the health and growth of children regardless of gender.
Carp streamers have appeared around the front hotel logo, and carp streamers are also swimming on the ceiling!
You can see them swimming and swaying in the wind until May 5th.
All of our staff sincerely look forward to your visit.
