Thank you for always choosing Henn na Hotel Premier Kyoto Gojo Karasuma.
The late summer heat continues, how is everyone doing?
This month's decoration theme is "The Harvest Moon / Moon Viewing"! 🌕🎑
The Fifteenth Night is a traditional Japanese event that celebrates the full moon night on the 15th day of the 8th month in the lunar calendar.
There is a custom of offering dumplings and autumn flowers while gazing at the moon floating in the clear autumn sky, expressing gratitude and prayers for a bountiful harvest.
Also, the moon symbolizes concepts such as "tranquility," "mystery," and "eternity," and the moonlight floating in the night sky has a mysterious charm that somehow soothes the heart.
Inside the hotel, we have decorations that allow you to enjoy the atmosphere of the full moon night.
All of our staff sincerely look forward to your visit.
