Chef Tsutomu Ochiai's Cooking Class Report ♪ Held on 2019/3/14

Chef Ochiai's fun talk will accompany the preparation of three Italian dishes, which will be completed one after another.

The first dish is the appetizer "Tuna and Avocado Salad"

The second dish is pasta "Spaghetti Amatriciana"

The third item is the dessert "Strawberry Romanoff"

 

While looking at the recipe notes provided at the beginning, Chef Ochiai will clearly explain the tips and points for cooking.

This time, there will also be a tasting of the pasta cooking water to check the salt content.

The menu that I was just taught how to make has been further arranged to the chef's trial table specifications! I enjoyed a luxurious Italian lunch with toppings like salmon roe on the appetizers. I spent about 2 hours enjoying a truly extravagant time◎
